Join Molly Gebrian as she shares how the latest neuroscience research can help violists improve their practice and performance skills. Topics covered over this four-part series will include: getting rid of bad habits, building consistency in performance, memorization strategies, how to use your metronome to best effect, mental practicing, the role of sleep in learning, and much more!  These live Zoom sessions will also include a Q&A opportunity for participants.

Topics for individual sessions are listed below. All sessions are on Sundays at 5:00pm Eastern / 2:00pm Pacific.
