New Viola Ensemble Scores Now Available on the AVS Website!
The American Viola Society is thrilled to announce the addition of new viola ensemble scores to our online library, all composed and arranged by Max Raimi, a renowned composer and long-time violist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Raimi’s works, celebrated for their creativity and richness, bring a unique voice to viola ensemble repertoire.
This collection includes arrangements for three-, four-, and six-part viola ensembles, with a distinct emphasis on Americana themes. Highlights include powerful and evocative pieces like The Battle Hymn of the Republic and Lift Every Voice and Sing.
